    The Montana Youth and District Court Services Bureau would use the 300,000 appropriation to implement a statewide GPS tracking system for juvenile offenders. Though some districts have electronic monitoring in place, the GPS system will provide consistent service available to all districts, Montana Supreme Court administrator Lois Menzies said.     String of recent vehicle break-ins in Petoskey are similar in nature  Jul 1, 2009
    From the first vehicle, a Global Positioning System (GPS), radar detector, MP3 card reader, cash and a speaker system were taken, and from the second, an iPod and Sirius satellite radio were stolen. The most recent break-in was reported Tuesday, June 30, from a homeowner on Kalamazoo Avenue, who told police that their vehicle s window was smashed out in their driveway, and a GPS system and iPod were taken.
